Youth Kung Fu for Ages 6-17
‘San Shou’ is a modern Chinese hand to hand, self defense combat sport that incorporates kicking & striking .
Youth will practice using mats & punching bags.
Classes will focus on
- improving physical fitness,
- building self esteem,
- learning self discipline and
- practical self defense skills.
Monday’s 4:30-5:30pm
Oct 17 – Dec 19, 2016 / $50 per child
