Mixed Martial Arts is a full contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from various other combat sports and martial arts. Our MMA program is taught in a safe and positive environment using a variety of different training methods and drills designed to teach the student to be proficient in all aspects of the sport. Our instructors are highly qualified and experienced in many disciplines including kickboxing, wrestling, jujitsu, boxing, judo, karate and kung fu.
